Russell R25CPM Compression Tights are constructed of a 84% polyester / 16% Xtreme compression blend with Coolcore wicking technology and mesh inserts at back of knees. These full length tights also feature 4-way stretch, 50+ UPF protection, antimicrobial finish for low odor, 2 inch elastic waistband and flat lock stitching. The soft brushed back elastic waistband minimizes chafing, and the three-needle coverstitching at the leg opening allows for stretch and durability.
