Russell R23CPM Calf Length Compression Tights are constructed of a 84% polyester / 16% Xtreme compression blend with Coolcore wicking technology. These calf length tights also feature 7/8 calf length, 4-way stretch, 50+ UPF protection, antimicrobial finish for low odor, 2 inch elastic waistband and flat lock stitching. The soft brushed back elastic waistband minimizes chafing, and the three-needle coverstitching at the leg opening allows for stretch and durability.
