Branded Label Sales Policies

Branded Label Brands:

This policy applies to Adidas Golf, Columbia Sportswear, Eddie Bauer, Marmot, Nike Golf, Puma Golf, Spyder, The North Face brands, TravisMathew and Under Armour brands.

General Sales Policies:

Adidas Golf, Columbia, Nike Golf, The North Face, Puma Golf, Spyder, Marmot, Under Armour, TravisMathew & Eddie Bauer brands can only be sold with embellishment (screen printed or embroidered logos). Due to contractual agreements with the manufacturers these products cannot be sold blank. These products are only sold by independent retailers and cannot be found on Ebay and Amazon.

Mix & Match Policies:



Mix & match quantity pricing is eligible on the same branded items as long as the logo and logo decoration method remains the same on all apparel items. For example you can mix & match Nike Golf polos and jackets with the same embroidered logo to receive the quantity break pricing on each style.


Adidas Golf Sales Policies:



Adidas reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any Adidas garment of any trademark name, design or logo of an organization, business, school or team (or for an individual or other entity) that does not meet certain standards. The decoration of any Adidas garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional athletic organization or collegiate institution without the prior written authorization of both the owner of such mark, name or logo and Adidas is expressly prohibited. The exportation of Adidas product outside of the U.S. is prohibited (including to Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands).


Columbia Sportswear Sales Policies:



Columbia Sportswear products must be sold only with embellishment. The decoration of any Columbia garment with the proprietary marks, names and logos of any professional or collegiate sports team or collegiate institution is expressly prohibited. The exportation of Columbia products outside of the U.S. including Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico is prohibited.


Eddie Bauer Sales Policies:



Eddie Bauer products must have a logo containing a corporate or organization name prominently placed on the item. Eddie Bauer prohibits placing logos or emblems on Eddie Bauer products that will negatively impact the Eddie Bauer brand, including but not limited to logos or emblems of a pornographic nature, for organizations that promote illegal activities or discriminatory behavior. The exportation of Eddie Bauer product outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico is prohibited.


Marmot Sales Policies:



Marmot products must have a logo containing a corporate or organization name prominently placed on the item. Marmot prohibits placing logos or emblems on products that will negatively impact the Eddie Bauer brand, including but not limited to logos or emblems of a vulgar or gang related nature. The exportation of Marmot product outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico is prohibited.


Nike Golf Sales Policies:



Nike reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any Nike garment of any trademark name, design or logo of an organization, business, school or team (or for an individual or other entity) that does not meet certain standards. The decoration of any Nike garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional athletic organization or collegiate institution without the prior written authorization of both the owner of such mark, name or logo and Nike is expressly prohibited. The exportation of Nike product outside of the U.S. is prohibited (including to Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands).


Puma Golf Sales Policies:



Puma reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any Puma garment of any trademark name, design or logo of an organization, business, school or team (or for an individual or other entity) that does not meet certain standards. The decoration of any Puma garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional athletic organization or collegiate institution without the prior written authorization of both the owner of such mark, name or logo is expressly prohibited. The exportation of Puma product outside of the U.S. is prohibited (including to Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands).


Spyder Sales Policies:



Spyder products must have a logo containing a corporate or organization name prominently placed on the item. Spyder prohibits placing logos or emblems on products that will negatively impact the Spyder brand, including but not limited to logos or emblems of a vulgar, poronographic or gang related nature. The exportation of Spyder product outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico is prohibited.


The North Face Sales Policies:



The North Face prohibits placing logos, emblems, or designs on The North Face products that negatively impact The North Face brand including, without limitation, logos, emblems, and designs that are obscene, vulgar, advocate or display violence or illegal activity, and/or relate to the firearms and ammunition, tobacco, sex (including gentlemen's clubs) and pornography industries. Also, The North Face is an environmentally-conscious and socially and politically aware brand and reserves the right to prohibit logos, emblems, and designs that, in its sole and absolute discretion, run counter to, or are inconsistent with, its brand identity. The decoration of any The North Face garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any company or organization without the appropriate license and/or authorization of the company or organization is expressly prohibited. The exportation of The North Face product outside of the U.S. (and its territories) is prohibited.


TravisMathew Golf Sales Policies:



TravisMathew (TM) prohibits placing logos, emblems, or designs on TM products that negatively impact the brand including, without limitation, logos, emblems, and designs that are obscene, vulgar, advocate or display violence, hate crimes, or illegal activity. The decoration of any TM product with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional athletic organization or collegiate institution without the appropriate license and/or authorization of the organization or institution is expressly prohibited. Sales to and through golf course pro shops are prohibited. The exportation of TM products outside of the U.S. is prohibited.


Under Armour Golf Sales Policies:



Under Armour (UA) reserves the right to prohibit the addition to any UA garment of any trademark name, design or logo of an organization, business, school or team (or for an individual or other entity) that does not meet certain standards. The decoration of any UA garment with the proprietary mark, name or logo of any professional athletic organization or collegiate institution without the prior written authorization of both the owner of such mark, name or logo and UA is expressly prohibited. The exportation of UA product outside of the U.S. is prohibited (including to Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands).
