Augusta 2620 Compression Tights are constructed of a 84% polyester / 16% spandex blend and have a high compression fit. These tights also feature full length, 4-way stretch, antimicrobial finish for low odor, 1-3/4 inch elastic waistband and flat lock stitching. The soft brushed back elastic waistband minimizes chafing, and the three-needle coverstitching at the leg opening allows for stretch and durability.
